Mindful Meditation Massage can best be described as a mental training process that allows us to unlock the true power and potential of our compassion. Mindful Meditation teaches you to slow down racing thoughts, let go of negativity, and calm both mind and body. Mindful Meditation Massage is a treatment designed to bring about a deep state of relaxation and reduce muscle tension and stress. Both meditation and massage have profoundly therapeutic effects. By definition, Mindful Meditation Massage treats the whole person – your body, mind and soul. With this in mind and with the understanding that it is hard for some people to relax and let it go into a massage, I have developed my own form of Mindful Meditation Massage.
